Can all of the products (wash,oil,bars) be used for full body use?

Yes, all of our soaps can be used for your entire body. As they are made with natural ingredients. No perfumes or chemicals.

Should I use the feminine wash inside of my vagina?

Before using the Serenity feminine wash, please consult with your OBGYN. I highly recommend that you test it on a patch of skin first.

Why are the Serenity bars in different colors each time?

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we enjoy being creative with designs and colors. However, this does not affect the ingredients, nor the potency.

Will I receive a tracking number?

As soon as your order is processed for shipping you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be updated by USPS.

How long will it take for order to ship?

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday unless a shipping date is mentioned on the product page. We do not ship on major holidays or weekends.
